My clients, a group of 4, most of them visiting Coron for the first time this July, were quoted exorbitant prices for 2 days of island hopping activity and "economy" lodging so they asked for my help.
Luckily for me, having visited Coron, I know that it is not a destination to get expensive accommodation because you will only be staying there to sleep and take a shower. An accommodation within walking distance from the port is the best option so you won't need to hire a tricycle everyday.
Here are the highlights of their package.
Day 1: Private Island Tours
Day 2: Banana, Bulog and Malcapuya Islands
PHP 5000 per head for a group of 4
- Airport Pick up and Drop Off
- 2 Nights Budget Accommodation with a room overlooking the ocean
- 2 Days of Island Hopping Tour
- Full Board Meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner)
Like it? I have better news. These gorgeous photos are nothing compared to the real thing. Coron is an amazing work of nature. Only in Coron will you find many natural wonders in a single town - mountains, hot spring, pristine beaches, reefs, abundant marine life, lagoons, lakes, and limestone karsts. There is also a safari in Busuanga, a few hours drive from the town center.
I loved Coron, and I'm sure you'll love it too.
